What are the key components and their functions in a cut-to-length line?
A standard cut-to-length line consists of these key components and respective functions:
1. UncoilerHolds raw metal coils and unwinds material steadily to supply continuous feed for the whole line.
2. Leveler (Straightener)Eliminates internal stress, warping and camber of metal sheets to guarantee excellent flatness.
3. Side Guide DeviceCorrects material deviation and keeps the sheet running along the central track.
4. Servo FeederConveys materials accurately and controls feeding length to meet fixed-size cutting requirements.
5. Shear MachinePerforms high-speed and precise shearing to cut sheets into designated lengths.
6. Conveyor Table & StackerTransports finished sheets and stacks them neatly for easy collection and packaging.
7. Electrical Control System (PLC & HMI)Manages full-line automatic operation, parameter setting, speed regulation and fault monitoring.
